Hett, Johnson engaged
Eldon and Rhonda Hett of Marion and Galen and Jean Johnson of Dwight announce the engagement of their children, Shawna Leigh Hett and Albert Galen Johnson.
The bride-elect is a graduate of Marion High School and will graduate in May from Kansas State University with a bachelor of science degree in kinesiology with plans to pursue a bachelor of science degree in nursing at the University of Kansas and a master's in anesthesiology.
Her fiancé is a graduate of Council Grove High School and Manhattan Vo-Tech with an associate's degree in auto body and welding. He currently is employed at G&W Farms in Dwight and Ray's Apple Market in Manhattan.
The couple plans to be married July 7, 2007, at Emmanuel Baptist Church, Marion.
