Hunt, Methvin married Aug. 5

Melissa Sue Hunt and Andrew Leon Methvin were united in marriage Aug. 5, at the Oklahoma City Temple of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

H. Aldridge Gillespie, president and presiding authority at the Oklahoma City Temple, performed the ceremony.

Parents of the couple are Ken and Cynthia Hunt of Tulsa, Okla., and Jack and Nancy Methvin of Lincolnville.

The bride's grandparents are Harvey and Afton Tanner and Louis and Sally Hunt, all of Blackfoot, Idaho.

The groom's grandmother is Lee Wagley of Marion, and the late Fred Wagley.

Formal receptions were held for the couple in Tulsa, Okla., and Junction City. Many out-of-town family members and guests attended the wedding and reception.

The bride is a graduate of Jenks High School, Tulsa, Okla., and Brigham Young University, Provo, Utah. She currently is completing training through the University of Utah medical school as a physician's assistant.

Her husband is a graduate of Marion High School and is completing his master's degree in accounting in the Marriott Business School at Brigham Young University. Following graduation, he will be employed in Denver, Colo., by the international accounting firm of KPMG.

Following a wedding trip to Hilton Head Island, S.C., the couple lives in Provo, Utah.
