Huxman, Den Hartog are married in Moundridge
Kimbra Huxman of Moundridge and Brian Den Hartog of Omaha, Neb., were married Sept. 3, 2005, at West Zion Mennonite Church, Moundridge.
The bride is the daughter of Rod and Kay Huxman of Moundridge. She is the granddaughter of H.R. and Geneva Siefker of McPherson and Melvin and Wanetta Huxman of Moundridge.
The groom is the son of Don and Patty Den Hartog of Winchester, Va. He is the grandson of Joe and Jan Walter of Hillsboro and Marion and Katy Den Hartog of LeMars, Iowa.
Pastors Don Den Hartog and Dan Hauge officiated at the double ring ceremony.
Brenda Dalke of Moundridge was the organist and pianist. Vocalists were Lauren Geoffrion and A.J. Sandoval, both of Omaha, Neb.
Candles were lighted by Aimee Tripp of Onalaska, Wis., and Kyle Huxman of Moundridge.
Escorted by her father, the bride wore a white, strapless matte satin gown. The bodice and hemline were embellished with Swarovski crystals and beads and the deep-pleated cathedral length train highlighted the classic style of the gown.
The bride carried a cascading bouquet of red and leonidas roses, apricot mini calla lilies, white and yellow freesia, and orange wax flower, accented with ribbon.
Kristen Bauman of Beatrice, Neb., was her sister's matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Kendra Huxman, Veronica Martinez, Christy Currie, Karen Den Hartog, all of Omaha, Neb., and Krystle Dalke of Madison.
Brad Den Hartog of Winchester, Va., served his brother as best man. Groomsmen were Jason Currie and Josh Russell, both of Omaha, Neb., Michael Shaul of the Dominican Republic, Phil Zimmerman of Minneapolis, Minn., and Ryan Grade of Fargo, N.D.
Kaylyn Bauman of Beatrice Neb., was the flower girl. Dylan Sugars of Moundridge was the ring bearer.
Guests were seated by Luke Bauman of Beatrice, Neb., Greg Anderson and Brady Anderson, both of Overland Park.
Hilary Wilken of Omaha, Neb., was the guest book attendant.
A reception followed in the Wellness Center, Moundridge.
The bride is a graduate of Moundridge High School and Grace University, Omaha, Neb. She is employed at Westside Community Schools, Omaha, Neb.
Her husband is a graduate of Elgin-New Leipzig High School, North Dakota, and attended Grace University, Omaha, Neb. He is employed at Greenlife Gardens, Omaha, Neb.
Following a wedding trip to Roatan Bay Islands, Honduras, the couple lives at Omaha, Neb.

The groom's parents hosted a rehearsal dinner at the Black Kettle East Park, Moundridge.
