Ivan Weibert
Ivan LeRoy Weibert, 77, died Oct. 20, 2004, at Wichita.
Born Feb. 15, 1927, at Durham, he was the son of Pete and Molly (Raugh) Weibert Sr.
On Aug. 28, 1946, he married Irene Schwendiman at Newton.
He was a farmer/rancher and attended Hillsboro United Methodist Church.
He was preceded in death by three brothers, Harry, Fred, and Harvey Weibert; and a sister, Evelyn Weibert.
Survivors include a daughter and husband, Bev and Loney Riffel of Hope; three brothers, Dave Weibert of Hillsboro, Pete Weibert Jr. of McPherson, and Edwin Weibert of Fresno, Calif.; two grandchildren; and three step-grandchildren.
Funeral services were held at 10 a.m. Saturday at Hillsboro United Methodist Church with the Rev. R. Laney Kuhn officiating.
Burial was in Durham Park Cemetery, Durham.
The Ivan Weibert Agricultural Memorial fund has been established.
