Jack Olson Sr.
Jack Olson Sr., 78, of Herington, died Jan. 8, 2008.
Born Jan. 21, 1929, at Junction City, he was the son of Ralph and Emma (Vohs) Olson Sr.
On Jan. 30, 1949, he married Norma Brunner at Junction City.
He was preceded in death by a grandson, Nathan Olson; three brothers; and his parents.
Survivors include his wife, Norma of Herington; two sons, Greg Olson of Bella Vista, Ark., and Jack Olson Jr. of Enterprise; brother, Bob Olson of Dolores, Colo.; sister, Pauline Brown of Denver, Colo.; five grandchildren; two step-granddaughters; and 14 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were conducted Saturday morning at St. Paul Lutheran Church, Herington. Burial was in Sunset Hill Cemetery, Herington.
A memorial fund has been established with St. Paul Lutheran Church, Herington.
