Rebecca Alvarez, 33, Lincolnville, DUI, no tail light, failure to dim lights, transporting an open container, no left side mirror.
Adam Brewer, 29, Gardner, failure to appear.
Billie Fleming, 43, Florence, bond violation.
Jeffrey Madsen, 50, Peabody, court-ordered sentence.
