Terry Scheuerman, 42, Marion, pedestrian under the influence.
Anthony Helzer, 21, Marion, DUI, open container, reckless driving.
Daniel Bowes, 29, Herington, driving while license suspended, no proof of insurance.
Randy Herbel, 40, Hillsboro, two counts of rape, aggravated indecent liberties with a child.
