Joyce Carlsons to celebrate 60th wedding anniversary years ago
Joyce and Ruth Ann Carlson of Lincolnville will celebrate their 60th wedding anniversary with an open house from 2 to 4 p.m. Aug. 13 at Burdick United Methodist Church fellowship hall, Burdick.
Joyce Carlson and Ruth Ann Meierhoff were married Aug. 18, 1946, at her family's home west of Clements.
The couple has lived on and operated their farm east of Lincolnville for the past 60 years.
Hosting the open house will be the couple's four children and families, Ronnie and Susan Carlson, Duane and Karen Carlson, Marcus and Peggy Carlson, all of Lincolnville, and Judy and Dean Ingalsbe of Furley. The couple also has 11 grandchildren.
No gifts, please.
