Local artists on display at area businesses
Beginning Friday, local artists will display unique artwork and craft items at area businesses. Shoppers are encouraged to stop by the businesses to see the artwork and pick up gift ideas for the holidays.

— Jeff Jirak — Marion Auto Supply.
— Amy Rasmussen — Marion City Library.
— Gene Winkler — G&J Video.
— Ida French — Edward Jones.
— Linda Lovelady — Shawmar Oil.
— Laddie Helmer — Straub International
— Gerald Wiens — Country Dreams B&B and Western Associates.
— Shawn Voth — Country Sentiments.
— Richard Sardou and Linda Goodwill — Flint Hills Firearms.
Blood drive planned for Dec. 10 at gym
Marion High School Key Club will sponsor an American Red Cross blood drive from 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Dec. 10 at Marion High School Gym.
Volunteers are needed to donate blood during the holiday season.
