Larry Rudolph accompanied Mike and Karen Walsh and daughter, Renee Oct. 17 to Andover where they went to Bill and Henrietta Thomas' 50th wedding anniversary celebration at Hope church. The reception was held in the fellowship hall. After the celebration, they went to see Mindy McElroy's new home in Andover.

Frances Stuchlik accompanied her daughter and husband, Don and Ramona Beisel Oct. 17 to Wichita where they attended the 50-year celebration of St. Margaret Mary Parish. They attended the Mass given by Father Richard Stuchlik. Later a dinner was held at the Indian Center.

John Reznicek and Bob Makovec helped Bob Reznicek on Sunday combine milo. They ate supper with Irma and Bob Reznicek.

Larry Rudolph accompanied me Wednesday afternoon to Herington. After he bought a charger and I got my check at the sale barn, we called on Mary Black and she went shopping with us. Later Larry was my supper guest.

Bob and Irma Reznicek accompanied Ralph and Betty Stroda of Herington Friday afternoon to Goddard where they attended the wedding of Ernestine Poelna and Kent Oborny at Catholic Church of Holy Spirit. The reception and dance was held at Botanica, The Wichita Gardens in Wichita.

Douglas Strecker of Hesston was here Friday morning. He loaded up some small alfalfa bales. These bales were for a man who lives near Buhler to feed his horses. Douglas ate dinner with me.

After I fed five cats, 12 head of cattle, and filled the tank with water, I sat on the porch Sunday afternoon and watched Deines' combine the milo across the road. They had two big combines out and a grain cart pulled by a tractor. Leona said the milo turned out good.
