Man struck with baseball bat during argument
Peabody Police Chief Jeff Pohlman reported an alleged argument Saturday between two men.
David Johnson of Peabody and Billy Rose, current address unknown, were arguing when Rose was allegedly struck by a baseball bat wielded by a third party. Rose was taken to an area hospital where he remains in intensive care.
An investigation has been initiated and charges are pending.
Theft charges were filed Dec. 5 against Isaac Good, 18, of Peabody. Good is awaiting court procedures, according to Pohlman.
