Motorcycles, tools taken by thieves

Two Honda motorcycles were stolen from a shed in Lost Springs. The theft was reported June 15 to Marion County Sheriff's Department. The motorcycles were a Honda 125 and Honda 50, and valued at a total of $300.

On June 19, a report of stolen property was made. The incident occurred June 9, from a Lincolnville residence. The four-wheeler was a 2004 Kawasaki Prairie 360, valued at $5,000. A Stihl 310 chain saw and Stihl 360 chain saw valued at $1,050 also were taken.

An individual reported a front tag was missing from his vehicle and reported it June 30 to Marion County Sheriff Deputy Duane McCarty. The victim said it had been missing since April.

At 11:34 p.m. June 30, Marion County Undersheriff Randal Brazil stopped a suspect on Nighthawk and 90th for failure to maintain a single lane of traffic and driving left of center. The suspect was arrested for DUI, and possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

At 12:18 a.m. July 2, undersheriff Brazil stopped a vehicle on Nighthawk and 120th for driving left of center. The suspect was arrested for DUI.

A suspect was arrested following an incident that occurred at 9:57 p.m. July 7 at 30th and Old Mill Road. A couple was in a vehicle when the suspect hit the victim in the face with a beer bottle then pulled the victim from the vehicle and dragged her with the vehicle. The victim was transported to Susan B. Allen Memorial Hospital, El Dorado, with injuries to her face and arm.
