Peterson, Niedermeyer engaged
Rodney and Jane Niederwerder of Salina announce the engagement of their son, Jeremy Curtis, to Megan Christine Peterson, daughter of Randy and Christi Peterson of Wichita.
Grandparents of the groom are the late Florian and Beatrice Vinduska, the late Ernest Niederwerder, and the late Nona Roth.
Grandparents of the bride are Paul and Calora Hayse of Pratt, the late Lois Winters, and the late Lester and Veletta Peterson.
The bride-elect is a graduate of Salina High School South and Northwest Missouri State University with a bachelor's degree in zoology. She currently is completing a doctor of veterinary medicine degree at Kansas State University College of Veterinary Medicine.
Her fiancé is a graduate of Salina High School South and Kansas State University-Salina with an associate degree in construction engineering. He is a global positioning systems engineer for Bayer Construction, Manhattan.
The couple plans to be married July 21 at University United Methodist Church, Salina.
