Philip and Holly Stenfors are married

Holly Ann Hemmer of Lincoln-ville and Pfc. Philip Lee Stenfors of Norway, Mich., were united in marriage at 3 p.m. Nov. 13, 2004, at Strassburg Baptist Church, Marion. The Rev. Don Mashburn officiated during the double ring ceremony.

Parents of the bride are Mark and Marsha Pagenkopf of Lost Springs and Steve Wonser of Leon. The groom's parents are Neil and Suzette Stenfors of Norway, Mich.

Grandparents of the bride are Arlene Barrett of Herington and the late Lloyd Barrett, and Don and Nancy Wonser of Leon. The groom's grandparents are Donna and Jack Cootware of Ralph, Mich.

The bride was given in marriage by her fathers, Mark Pagenkopf and Steve Wonser. Her jewelry included a gold and diamond necklace and earrings, a gift from the groom. He purchased the gift in Quatar while serving in Iraq. Her flowers were white and red roses.

Amanda Floyd, daughter of the bride, was maid of honor. She carried white roses.

Flower girl and ring bearer was Hannah Hemmer, daughter of the bride.

Best man was Alan Stenfors, brother of the groom of Norway, Mich. Mark Pagenkopf II, brother of the bride of Lost Springs, was groomsman.

Kristi Krispense of Marion provided music. "Broken Road" by Rascal Flats was sung during lighting of the unity candle.

Candlelighters were Molly Luthy and Allison Wonser, sisters of the bride.

Kelsi Luthy, sister of the bride, of Lincolnville was guest book attendant and in charge of gifts.

A private reception for family and the wedding party was held at the Brookville Hotel in Abilene.

The bride is a graduate of Centre High School and spent 11 years as a para-educator for the vision impaired and blind. She has attended college at Butler County Community College and currently is enrolled in a Braille transcribers course through the Library of Congress.

The groom is a graduate of Norway High School in Norway, Mich. He completed certificate courses from Northern Wisconsin Technical College. He is a PFC in the United States Army and just returned to the States after a year's duty in Iraq.
