Police investigate death
A suspicious death is being investigated by the Marion Police Department.
According to Lt. Dean Keyes, at 12:55 p.m. Friday, a postal employee found John Nettleton, 54, 210 N. Roosevelt, Marion, unresponsive on the front porch of his residence.
Nettleton, former Peabody resident, was pronounced dead at the scene by county coroner JoAnn Knak.
"Due to the nature of his death, an autopsy was conducted," said Keyes.
The Sedgwick County Regional Forensics Science Center, Wichita, conducted the autopsy and the cause was not determined.
Further analysis is being conducted.
