Reception to honor Dale Snellings
Dale and Tootsie Snelling will be the guests of honor at a retirement reception from 2 to 4 p.m. April 28 at the Marion County Lake hall.
The Snellings have been managers of Marion County Park & Lake for 43 years and will retire in May.
The county will present a plaque to the Snellings at 1 p.m. at the CCC statue at the lake.
Those who cannot attend are encouraged to send cards, letters, photos, and memories.
The reception will be hosted by the Snellings' four children, Danny, Sherry, Leann, and Dean.
