Relay for life event is July 29-30 at Hillsboro years ago
It's not too late to become involved in this year's cancer fund-raiser.
American Cancer Society 2005 Relay for Life of Marion County will begin at 7 p.m. July 29 at Tabor College track, Hillsboro.
Cancer survivors will walk the first lap at 7 p.m. A luminary ceremony will be at 10 p.m., followed by people walking a lap in memory of cancer victims.
To register a team, purchase a luminary, or participate as a cancer survivor, contact Jan Helmer at (620) 382-2588.
