Rhinos invade Marion
Twenty-five local business owners, residents, and organizations soon will be displaying colorful and uniquely decorated cement rhinoceros around town.
Purchasers are encouraged to paint, decoupage, or decorate and display the statues.
This is a project of Chingawassa Days steering committee in an effort to promote community spirit and the festival.
Anyone interested in ordering a 230-pound rhino should contact a committee member for more information.
Chingawassa Days is June 3-5 in Central Park.
