Sassy Senior Moments

By JANET BRYANT

Senior center reporter

Our WALK Kansas team finally got across Kansas and we're on our way back instead of going on to Missouri.

Senior Center Day was April 19. Ray Davidson played his harmonica and recited cowboy poetry after lunch.

A change was voted in for the rent of the senior center. It now will be $50 plus the same amount as a deposit.

Dennis Burch of Lincolnville provided a gospel music program April 25. He and his wife are new to Kansas and are liking small-town life.

Come join us for lunch May 10. Janet Herzet will give a presentation on home health. She also will bring a chocolate fountain for refreshments.

There also will be a retirement reception from 2 to 4 p.m. May 10 for Noreen Weems.
