Sassy senior moments: We asked, we received

I can guarantee that people read the Marion County Record and this column! I asked for egg cartons this past week and we've had three batches of egg cartons delivered here. One of the persons said if we need anything else, just put it in this column. I wish it worked as well in asking for dining room volunteers.
Our program Wednesday was given by Madonna Schafers and Ellen Darrow. Madonna sang songs that brought back memories in her life.
Eula Colle celebrated her birthday Sept. 9 by bringing us treats.
Joyce Kellison brought in another painting to share.
Albert Steele came hobbling in this week, following knee surgery. He taught Ivanlee Timm to play a game using dice with various ways of scoring. We look forward to Albert's return to volunteering two mornings a week.
Come join us Sept. 21 for Senior Center Day. Cowboy Jack Griffith will present the program after lunch.
