We are not only a fun bunch of people, we are fit. The photo shows seven of us who are blood donors, wearing our 125 years of service T-shirts. Besides those in the photo, other regular donors are Richard and Rhonda Brenzikofer and Don and Betty Fruechting.
Since ware so fit and fun, we celebrate birthdays. This past week, John Lynch, Estelle McCarty, and Larry Blosser brought treats to share for their birthdays.
We had an excellent program Aug. 23. Tamara Metz of Hospice Care of Kansas in McPherson pointed out some common misconceptions about hospice care and the ways such services can be tailored to the individual.
