Sometime between May 2-10 unknown persons removed an Arctic Cat 500 4x4 four-wheeler from 2320 Remington. The farm land is property of Laverne Bina, 1914 230th.

The Arctic Cat is red with black trim, has a broken left headlight, and cracked left fender. A two-prong plus has been installed to run a sprayer. Serial number is SK00-94-0762.

At 250th and Diamond, next to the railroad tracks, farmers' fences have been cut down to allow individuals entry to the railroad right-of-way. After obtaining entry, copper wire is being cut from the power poles.

Marion County Sheriff's Department asks anyone with information regarding the above incidents to call 620-382-2144.

At 10:20 p.m. May 4, Sergeant Jeff Soyez stopped an individual driving west on U.S.-56 at Diamond, Hillsboro. The driver was stopped for driving while license was suspended. Vehicle was towed by Markley's Service.
