Spur Ridge Veterinary Hospital PA vs. Flint Hills Royal Arabians, by agreement of parties, this case involved a separate horse other than the one identified in the defendant's claim, the defendants reserved the right to file a civil lawsuit alleging injury to a separate horse, the court granted judgment for plaintiff for unpaid veterinary bill in the amount of $480.95 plus court costs and fees; the defendants' claim was dismissed because it involved a different horse as set forth is in the petition.
