Stanley Ewert
Stanley D. Ewert, 69, died Jan. 20, 2007, at his home in McPherson.
Born Jan. 19, 1938, at Marion, he was the son of Samuel and Linda (Thimm) Ewert.
He was a graduate of Marion High School and Bethel College, Newton.
He was retired from Memorial Hospital where he had worked for 17 years in the housekeeping department.
He was preceded in death by a sister, Margery Bledsoe; and two brothers, Howard Ewert and Ollie Ewert.
Survivors include a sister-in-law, Dixie Ewert of Great Bend; and nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Friday at Stockham Family Funeral Home, McPherson, with the Rev. Sherman Nungester officiating.
Burial will be in McPherson Cemetery.
A memorial fund has been established with McPherson Public Library.
