Stone, Licause exchange wedding vows

Lisa Anne Stone and Christopher Vincent Licause were united in marriage May 19 at Botanic Gardens, Denver, Colo.

Parents of the couple are J.L. and Tammy Stone of Overland Park and Mary Licause of Woodstock, N.Y. Grandparents of the bride are Rosse and Janice Case of Marion and Middo Stone of Overland Park.

Dr. Jim Barrington of Windsor, Colo., officiated at the double ring ceremony.

Melissa Brown of Boston, Mass., and Cassie Horn of Lee's Summit, Mo., were greeters. Both are friends of the bride.

Given in marriage by her father, the bride wore a strapless A-line ivory gown which featured an empire café color accent-band continuing around to the back of the gown to finish with two flowing sashes extending to the train. She wore white dendrobium orchids in her hair.

The bride's sister, Lory Stone of San Juan, Puerto Rico, was maid of honor. Bridesmaids were the bride's friends, Kelli Weniger of Parkville, Mo., and Liz Merritt of Denver, Colo.

They wore long, light green strapless gowns with matching waistbands.

Key Kim of Denver, Colo., served his friend as best man. Groomsmen were friends of the groom, Jon Groves of Denver, Colo., and George Cooke of New York, N.Y.

Guests were seated by the groomsmen.

A reception, dinner, and dance were held following the wedding at Hotel Monaco, Denver.

The bride is a graduate of the University of Kansas, Lawrence. She is a graphic designer for the Yankee Group, Boston, Mass.

Her husband is a graduate of the University of Maryland, College Park, Md. He is a district sales manager for Verizon Yellow Pages, Worcester, Mass., and is working toward an MBA at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.

Following a honeymoon on the island of St. Lucia in the West Indies, the couple lives in Boston, Mass.
