Stubenhofer, Petersen engaged
Kelli Renee Petersen and William Tyler Stubenhofer, both of Manhattan, announce their engagement and approaching marriage.
Parents of the couple are Brent and Celeste Petersen of Garden City and Missy and Steve May of Marion.
Grandparents of the bride are Martin and Mary Ellen Huschka and Frank and Marty Petersen, all of Garden City. Grandparents of the groom are Bill and Linda Stubenhofer of Strong City and Betty May of Marion.
The bride-elect is a graduate of Garden City High School and earned a bachelor's degree in family studies and human services at Kansas State University, Manhattan. She will begin graduate school at KSU in the fall.
Her fiancé is a graduate of Marion High School and will graduate in May with a bachelor's degree in secondary education in mathematics. He will begin teaching in the Junction City school district in fall 2008.
The couple plans to be married June 7 at St. Dominic Catholic Church, Garden City.
