Students receive national honors
Four area high school students recently were inducted in the spring 2005 National Honor Roll.
Kevin Billbe and Preston Williams of Marion, and Jessica Antonio and Maria Tejada of Peabody, met qualifications with other middle and high school students for the recognition.
The honor roll contacts potentially qualifying students after reviewing information about their academic performances. Each student is asked to submit information and grade point averages, interests, activities, and future goals.
Only students with a B or better average are eligible.
Honorees will compete for $25,000 to be shared among 25 of the inductees.
