Tom and Lori Moldenhauer and Nikki returned Friday from a week's vacation in the West. They went to Park City, Utah. They saw the sights and went whitewater rafting down the Weber River. From there they went to Jackson Hole, Wyo., saw the Grand Tetons, Old Faithful and other sights in Yellowstone National Park, and visited Montana and Idaho.

Reuben and Lucille Kerbs and Russ and Julie Kerbs, Ashton and Rustyn attended the Gooding family reunion Sunday at Marion County Lake hall.

Ruby Vinduska and Leona Kleiber accompanied Cindy Vinduska to Wichita Sunday afternoon to visit Terry Vinduska at Wesley hospital. Other visitors were Becky Routh of Augusta and Melissa and Daniel Stuchlik and Tanner of Wichita.

Tampa people attending the card party Sunday evening at Herington were Martha Melcher, Eleanor Murphy, Tillie Hein, and Tom and Dee Duggan.

John and Pat Schwartzman of Salina spent Sunday with his mother, Helen Schwartzman.

Amanda Kleiber visited Saturday evening with her grandmother, Leona Kleiber.

Tom and Dee Duggan attended a production Saturday evening of "Grace and Glory" at the Great Plains Theater in Abilene.

Reuben and Lucille Kerbs attended the wedding of Jolene Weyand and Galen Haverkamp Saturday afternoon at Prince of Peace Lutheran Church in Topeka, followed by a reception and dinner at the home of Don and Cecile Penney.

Andrea Kleiber visited Saturday morning with her grandmother, Leona Kleiber.

Kaylee Hall of Herington was a Friday overnight and Saturday guest of her grandparents, Tom and Dee Duggan.

Adeline Bernhardt and Leona Kleiber enjoyed dinner out Friday in Salina.

Phyllis Mueller, Ophelia Jacobson, and Edna Backhus attended an afternoon performance July 13 of "Grace and Glory" at the Great Plains Theater in Abilene. The occasion was a celebration of Edna's birthday.

Donald and Carolyn Srajer of Omaha, Neb., spent from Tuesday to Friday visiting Tillie Hein and Jim and Kris Srajer, Grant and Cole. Additional Tuesday visitors of Tillie were Dolores Scott of Emporia and Bill Fillmore of Cottonwood Falls.

Lynn and Peggy Kleiber visited Thursday evening with Leona Kleiber.

Kim Frantz attended the July 12 wedding of her niece, April Oblander, and Nick Sammons at the home of the bride's mother, Donna Zwierzynski, in Greeley, Colo. April and Nick, formerly of Brandon, Minn., are moving to Washington state, where April will continue her education toward a master's degree in psychology. Nick, a first lieutenant stationed at McChord Air Force Base at Tacoma, will be piloting a C-17 Globemaster for the USAF.

Reuben and Lucille Kerbs, Russ and Julie Kerbs, Ashton Kerbs, and Jesse Smith attended the Hap Dumont 11-year-old state baseball tournament July 11 in Valley Center. Rustyn Kerbs was one of the players.

Frank and Anna Mae Stika and Ronnie and Lisa Hanschu and James attended a piano recital by students of Karen Coup July 11 at the Methodist church in Hope. Anna Weber was one of the pianists performing.

Adeline Bernhardt spent July 9-11 with Barney and Linda Bernhardt and Megan in Wichita. Additional guests for a Friday evening barbecue were Pastor and Mrs. Winter, Mr. and Mrs. Washburn, Mr. and Mrs. Gerry Klein, and John and Debra Haynes, Hailey and Heather of Wichita.

Tom and Dee Duggan went to Lincolnville July 13 for the Herington-Lincolnville T-ball game. Their granddaughter, Kaylee Hall, played on the Herington team.

Visitors of Tillie Hein on July 6 were Edna Mueller and her sisters, Erna Peterson of Osage City and Grace Raven from Georgia.
