Victim arrested on Sedgwick County warrant

At 12:43 p.m. Oct. 28, an individual and victim got into an argument at Lost Springs. The individual broke a window and mirror and damaged a chain-link gate. The individual could not be located. After a division check showed a Sedgwick County warrant for the victim, Deputy Schmidt arrested victim and transported to Marion County jail. Property damage is estimated at $170.

Sometime between 10 p.m. Nov. 12 and 12:30 p.m. Nov. 13, unknown individuals damaged a storm window at 212 East Case, Lehigh. The window is property of Chase Manhattan Bank, Deerfield Beach, Fla., and valued at $50, states Deputy Mike Vineski.

Laverna A. Fowler, 2663 K-15, Hillsboro, had VCR tapes stored at a residence at 976 260th, Hillsboro. Sometime between noon Oct. 16 and 2:30 p.m. Nov. 16, the tapes were removed from the residence. Deputy Rollin Schmidt reports the tapes are valued at $50.
