Vincent Lorson
Vincent M. Lorson, 82, of Hope, died Dec. 7, 2005, at Salina Regional Health Center.
Born Aug. 29, 1923, at Hope, he was the son of Thomas and Helena (Weishaar) Lorson.
On Sept. 30, 1950, he married Isabel Tajchman at Pilsen. She died in 1998.
He was a farmer/stockman and member of St. Phillip's Catholic Church, Hope.
He was preceded in death by his parents, wife, two brothers, Anthony and Paul, and an infant brother and sister.
Survivors include a son, Robert Lorson of Hope; daughter, Roseann Laney of Lucas, Texas; brother, Loren Lorson of Overland Park; and four granddaughters.
The rosary was recited Sunday evening at Carson-Becker Funeral Home, Hope.
A Mass of Christian Burial was held Monday morning at St. Phillip's Catholic Church, Hope, with Fr. Mark Wesely officiating.
Burial was in St. Phillip's Cemetery, Hope.
A memorial fund has been established with the church.
