Wesley Unruh
Wesley H. Unruh, 97, died Jan. 28, 2005, at Parkside Homes, Hillsboro.
Born Jan. 11, 1908, northwest of Durham, he was the son of Henry and Millie (Schmidt) Unruh.
On May 15, 1931, he married Ellen Pankratz at Durham. She died in 1990.
He was a farmer and member of Central Heights Mennonite Church.
Survivors include three sons and daughters-in-law, Junior W. and Shirley Unruh of Hutchinson, Ronald and Dora Unruh of Durham, and Arvid and Julie Unruh of Brandon, Fla.; eight grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday at Trinity Mennonite Church, Hillsboro, with Pastor D.A. Raber officiating.
Burial will be in Peace Valley Cemetery, rural Durham, at 10 a.m. Friday.
The family will receive guests from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Jost Funeral Home, Hillsboro.
A memorial fund has been established with Central Heights Mennonite Church.
