Wilma Pigorsch
Wilma J. Pigorsch, 73, died Feb. 24, 2007, at Herington Municipal Hospital.
Born Feb. 28, 1933, at her parents' farm southwest of Marion, she was the daughter of Clayton and Ethel (Waner) Richmond.
She attended schools in Marion, Herington, and graduated from Peabody High School with the class of 1951.
On Oct. 18, 1957, she married Kenneth Pigorsch at Herington.
She was a homemaker and member of Our Redeemer Lutheran Church, Herington.
She was preceded in death by a brother, Gordon Richmond; and her parents.
Survivors include her husband, Kenneth of Herington; three sons, Bruce Beeton and Brad Pigorsch, both of Herington, and Brent Pigorsch of Lincolnville; brother, Gerald Richmond of Mountain View, Ark., sister, Cladine Hartke of Herington; five grandchildren; and a great-grandson.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. today (Wednesday) at Our Redeemer Lutheran Church, Herington, with the Rev. Troy Slater officiating.
Burial will be in Sunset Hill Cemetery, Herington.
A memorial fund has been established with the church.
