Linnens; Ashley, Joyce, Justin, and Mike Loomis; Adrianne and Jason Marshall; Amber McCutcheon; Norel Farms; Peoples Bank and Trust; Trai Santos; Rebekka Sharp; Jessica Slater, also known as Jessica Wyss; Angela and Casey Snow; eight tenants of COA; Ann D. Burch Supplemental Needs Trust; Vision of Faith Hope and Charity Trust; Betty, Donald, and Roger Williams; and Brandon Wyss. The county seeks to foreclose tax liens.
