NEW JAILINGS

Jordan Nowak, 38, McPherson, jailed Friday for 48 hours on court orders. Previously jailed Oct. 1 and 2, 2020, on suspicion of two counts of burglary, conspiracy to commit burglary, and felony criminal damage to property.

Bruce W. Richardson, 51, McPherson, jailed Thursday for violating his probation. Previously jailed five times for a total of 58 days between July 16, 2019, and March 23, 2022. Previous jailings were for contempt of court, on other court orders, for failing to appear in court twice, and on suspicion of possessing of marijuana (twice), stimulants (twice), drug paraphernalia (twice), and drug manufacturing paraphernalia (once); distributing stimulants; interfering with law enforcement by concealing or destroying evidence; a second or subsequent offense of driving while his license was suspended; operating an unregistered vehicle; and having no vehicle liability insurance.

Clifton L. Richmond, 37, Marion, arrested Monday by Marion police on suspicion of domestic battery. Bond not set. Previously jailed five times for a total of 16 days between Sept. 23, 2022, and Nov. 5, 2023. Previous jailings were on court orders and on suspicion of a previous count of domestic battery, two counts of criminal trespassing, and single counts of criminal damage to property, aggravated battery, possession of marijuana, driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol, and driving while his license was suspended.
