NEW JAILINGS

Nicholas A. Bowen, 39, McPherson, jailed Monday on court orders. Previously jailed Sept. 7 to 9, 2024, on suspicion of making a criminal threat, aggravated battery, domestic battery, disorderly conduct, and endangering a child and Dec. 4, 2023, on suspicion of solicitation of aggravated domestic battery.

Sabrina L. Hessel, 31, Hillsboro, jailed Friday for 48 hours on court orders. Previously jailed nine times for a total of all or part of 17 days between March 21, 2018, and March 25, 2026. Previous jailings were on suspicion of domestic battery, driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol, and driving while her license was canceled, suspended, or revoked; for failing to appear in court; and on court orders.

Stephanie M. Wangerin, 43, Herington, arrested April 15 by a sheriff’s deputy for allegedly violating her probation. Released less than two hours later after posting a $1, 000 bond. Previously jailed March 25 to 27 on suspicion of possessing stimulants and drug paraphernalia and disorderly conduct and July 27, 2024, on suspicion of conspiracy to commit criminal trespassing.
