Steven K. Ball, 57, Potwin, was sentenced Feb. 24 to a year’s probation for battery and two counts of endangerment of a child. He was ordered to pay $263 courts costs and $1,885.25 restitution and ordered to have no contact with the victims. An original charge of abuse of a child was dismissed in return for his plea of no contest on the charges.

Ian A. Davies, 30, Junction City, entered a diversion agreement Jan. 17 on charges of driving under the influence. He was ordered to pay $1,353 and perform 30 hours of community service.

Marcia R. M. Grayson, 18, Junction City, formally was charged March 21 with distribution of fentanyl and possession of marijuana.

Michael A. Henderson, 20, Junction City, formally was charged March 21 with distribution of fentanyl and possession of marijuana.

Brian W. Hiebert, 26, Florence, formally was charged Thursday with interference with law enforcement and theft.

A charge of violation of a protection order filed against Brian D. Klein was dismissed Feb. 13.

A bench warrant was issued March 3 for Steven C. Krauss after he failed to appear in court on charges of driving without a valid driver’s license.

Nichole P. Newton, 28, Marion, formally was charged March 21 with domestic battery.

Clifton Lee Richmond, 37, Marion, formally was charged March 20 with burglary and theft.

James Wullenweber, 40, Hillsboro, formally was charged March 21 with aggravated battery.
