Group to serve Election meal

Peabody Historical Society will sponsor an Election Day soup and pie meal at Peabody United Methodist Church.

Coffee and cinnamon rolls will be served starting at 10 a.m., and soup and pie will be served from 11 a.m. until supplies run out.

On the menu are chicken noodle, taco, creamy potato, and cheeseburger soup; and clam chowder; and chili.

Soup, pie, and cinnamon rolls are by donation with proceeds going to the historical society. Diners can eat in or have their orders packed to go.
