Trojans 5th in tennis

Hillsboro placed fifth Thursday in its home tennis invitational.

Claire Morey and Brooklyn Thiessen were fourth, and Abby Beavers and Emerson Wesner were fifth in doubles. In singles, Maylee Hardey finished sixth, and Abi Suderman as seventh.

The Trojans will compete Saturday at Pratt.
