March 11: A dog complaint was checked. A motorist was assisted. Officers checked suspicious activity on Main Street.

March 12: Officers assisted a federal agency with a background investigation. A non injury vehicle accident was worked in the 600 block of North Ash Street. A dog complaint was checked. An officer instructed a DARE class at Hillsboro Elementary School. Suspicious people were checked in the 100 block of South Main Street. Officers assisted Marion County Sheriff with a domestic disturbance.

March 13: Officers assisted with a statewide tornado drill. A person reported that a young female is possibly being stalked through Internet social sites. Officers assisted an outside agency with a repair citation. A dog complaint was checked. Suspicious activity was checked in the 500 block of West Grand Avenue; a resident’s vehicle had rolled out of the driveway and into the street.

March 14: A motorist was assisted. A dog complaint was checked. Officers assisted social and rehabilitative services with an investigation. A camper hook-up was unlocked in Memorial Park. A commercial alarm in Hillsboro Heights was checked. A dog complaint was checked.

March 15: A non-injury accident was worked in the 300 block of South Adams Street. A welfare check was performed in the 600 block of East C Street. A dog complaint was checked.

March 16: A camper hook up was performed in Memorial Park. A report of a possible suicidal juvenile in the 300 block of South Birch Street was checked. Officers assisted with a semi-tractor trailer truck leaking fluid from the trailer. A suspicious person was reported in Commercial Heights. A business security check was performed in Hillsboro Heights. Officers assisted with a fire alarm at Tabor College. Officers assisted with locating a suicidal male who was mobile in a vehicle. A suspicious person was reported in the 500 block East D Street. Officers assisted Marion County Sheriff with an injury accident. Suspicious activity was checked in the 100 block of South Main Street.

March 17: A stolen vehicle report was filed at Tabor College; the subject reported a roommate had stolen his vehicle; the vehicle was recovered in Harvey County following a traffic accident; the suspect had been arrested on non-related charges and is currently incarcerated.
