Offense reports released this past week by law enforcement agencies:
SHERIFF
Burglary, criminal damage
Nine chainsaws together valued at $5,429 were stolen after a burglar broke a front door, causing an estimated $500 damage, between 7:30 p.m. June 9 and 7:30 a.m. June 11 at G&R Implement, Durham.
Theft
Six miniature cattle, together valued at $4,400, were stolen between 5 and 7:21 p.m. June 14 by a thief who forced his or her way into a field on 20th Rd. near Xavier Rd. The cattle were owned by Aaron Leann Moore of Burns.
Hillsboro
Criminal use of financial card
Dylan Jon Delk, 24, Peabody, reported that his bankcard was used without his permission to remove $409 from his bank account at Great Plains Federal Credit Union between noon June 14 and noon Friday.
Burglary
James Robert Boese, 66, Hillsboro reported that his locked vehicle appeared to have been rummaged through between 3 p.m. Thursday and 7 a.m. Friday in the 100 block of Elm St. Police found no signs of forced entry and nothing missing.
Marion
Weapons, drug charges
Trey Spragg, 26, Frontenac, was arrested on suspicion of criminal use of weapons, possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, driving while his license was suspended, having an expired registration, improper display of his license plate, and not tag lamp at 12:32 a.m. June 12 near Industrial Rd. and US-56.
