We were glad to get out our easels Feb. 26, so Sue Clough could have a mini art display. She commented on the medium she used and reason she chose the subject. We also celebrated Sue’s birthday that day.
We also had a group of sisters with us on that day, of the biological kind. Shirley Bowers had her sisters, Marjory Talbott, Anita Sly, and Roma Skaggs, as guests.
We are embarking on a paper plate campaign, signing small paper plates to send to the governor, our state senator, and state representative to express our concern about the legislature cutting funding for nutrition sites meals. Come in and sign a plate!
Senior Center Day is March 18. Norma Riggs will provide entertainment by singing Irish songs.
